Unfortunately IBM seems to move away from the C++ API - alltogether ...

At this years Lotusphere it was said that IBM don't "encourage new users" to start using the C++ API anymore. If you jump over to ideaJam, I started a thread to try to keep the C++ API alive; http://ideajam.net/IdeaJam/P/ij.nsf/0/5C20EB223E55BFDE862573E00042849E?OpenDocument

Right now it seems like the voters don't mind the C++ API too much either :-)
